We are delighted to announce that from 1^st January 2010 QLM Ltd became a wholly owned subsidiary of PHSC plc, a group who are listed on the London Stock Exchange and who offer a variety of health, safety and environmental services across the UK.

This is an exciting time for us at QLM as we join a family of six complementary health and safety companies as it will enable us to further expand the range of services we can offer our clients.

Apart from securing QLM’s long term trading position, it provides us with a network to develop the range of services we can offer our clients.

A key part of the new working arrangements is that the QLM team roles and services are unchanged. We will be running as an independent subsidiary of the Group so it will therefore be business as usual. We will continue to operate out of our current offices and I will still be at the helm of QLM with Colin McCready, Jill Franks and the rest of the team on board.
