QLM Client Benchmarking Workshop 2009

Colin McCready presentingQLM have hailed their latest regional Client Benchmarking Workshops, which were attended by over 100 delegates, as a success. The workshops yet again provided operators from across our retained client base with the opportunity to network and share good practices and ideas as well as find out about the key issues that are likely to impact on our industry in the near future.

The slide presentations covered the following issues and new products and services:

  • the impact of new legislation such as the Health and Safety (Offences) Act 2008;
  • amendments to the First Aid at Work Training Programmes;
  • the new BS EN 15288 - 2008 standard
  • Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006
