QLM MYSTERY CUSTOMER VISITS

A VALUE ADDED SNAPSHOT OF YOUR CENTRE/CLUB FROM ONLY £180+VAT

The QLM mystery visitor service can be tailored to the requirements of your organisation. Whilst we can provide a range of approaches, the “simple” customer experience approach is cost effective and provides a scored snapshot of the organisation.

The QLM Consultants Mystery Customer Visits provides the following:

• A view of the service provided at the Leisure Centres “through the eyes of the customer”
• An external review of the Leisure Centre’s progress against customer-facing criteria

Fees are dependent on the number of sites visited. Assuming we are contracted for at least three sites the fee is £180 plus VAT site. The fee is normally inclusive of all expenses except for any fees incurred if attending an induction.

The QLM Consultants Mystery Visitor team includes both males and females and representatives of key ethnic minorities enabling our Mystery Visitors to be specifically chosen to suit specific locations. In addition one member of the team is a wheelchair user and is able to therefore able assess the service provided generally as well as specifically evaluate the ease with which people with a range of disabilities can access facilities at the Leisure Centre. This has proved to be particularly beneficial to a number of organisations wishing to seek information to improve services from this particular perspective.
